Biswash Chepang, a member of Nepal’s Chepang Indigenous community, is deeply committed to social and environmental justice. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Lincoln (2018) and is currently pursuing an MPhil at Kathmandu University School of Education. Mr. Chepang remains committed to fostering inclusion, equity, and climate resilience among Indigenous Peoples. His work amplifies Indigenous voices, strengthens customary governance systems, and safeguards traditional knowledge and raise voices against exclusionary conservation practices.
