Kemran Mammadov, a journalist, was born in Marneuli, Georgia, in 1997 and studied at an Azerbaijani school in Tbilisi.
In 2020, he graduated from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and founded the Community of Azerbaijani Journalists in South Caucasus and Eastern Europe (https://x.com/AzerCommunity), which he continues to lead.
